Use AI in Business Without Losing Yourself or Your Message

Adam Feuerstein

What if AI did not replace your voice but amplified your vision?

In this episode, Adam and Michelle unpack how to use AI as a tool for clarity, not chaos. They share how founders can speed up decisions, access wisdom, and build businesses more efficiently without losing the emotional depth and human connection that make it meaningful.

This is not about being perfect. It is about moving forward with the tools that help you lead in alignment.

Speaker 1:

I don't know if AI is going to take everything over or not. I don't think it will. I think one of the things that will keep it at bay and keep it a human utility is the democratization of it, that we all are engaged. When things are spread to the masses, they tend to be benevolent. When they're concentrated to a few, they tend to get benevolent very, very quickly, and that is a huge part of the emotional commitment that we have and why we're expressing that through TSG, of the emotional commitment that we have and why we're expressing that through TSG.

Speaker 2:

That's what I love and respect about you, because those are the things that's hard sometimes for me, because there are so many details and so many ideas and so many avenues and pathways. It's nice to bring all of those to you and then you say, let's do this.

Speaker 1:

Well, and that's the other thing, right, the clock is always ticking in business, and particularly when you're an entrepreneur. In business, the clock is ticking. Time is rarely your friend. It does happen from here and there, but time is rarely your friend, and exhausting more time is usually more costly than exhausting less time, and so that can be a huge value. A huge value, and I think sometimes that is my job.

Speaker 1:

Maybe you've thought of something from different angles that's gotten complicated and we just need that one.

Speaker 1:

Like you know, maybe it's not that strategic even, but maybe it's like no, that one, and then we move and we move forward. What's interesting about that is, though, in today's AI driven entrepreneurial world, there's all kinds of decisions you can make that are screwed up or wrong, and you can recover from them faster now than you've ever been before. I mean, there's times in my previous life, as in construction, prior to a lot of the utility that we have now through AI, you might make a decision. The impact of that decision on the project we were building may not hit you until a year later, two years later, three years later, because it's something you decided. You made a choice based on the information and intuition ahead of the time, it puts a whole series of things in motion, much of which is influenced by things outside of your control. And then, wham, the impact from that decision. Two years later, on some idle Tuesday afternoon or that was the last thing you were thinking of, you know reveals its ugly head and slaps you in the side of the face.

Speaker 2:

And that's why we're so passionate about sharing these modern tools like AI, because you can make a decision and use AI to look at all the different variables and the things that you maybe hadn't even considered yet, and so that's just a really incredible use. We wouldn't have known that before we weren't able to really have access to the type of information where we can say, okay, here's our plan, this is what we're doing, what are we missing here or what should we be looking out for? And so maybe we still have something that doesn't go the way it's planned, but at least we know what all the different variables are and we can plan for those the best that we can. So, like you said, it's easier, faster and you have more information to start a business or run a business now than you ever have in history.

Speaker 1:

It's almost like a part of your community. We all have mentors, brothers and sisters and people that we trust. We like to bounce ideas off of, use each other for sounding boards, and that value has only increased since AIs come along. But I can tell you, when you're facing something and you need a consistent perspective, maybe you don't even use it to actually make the choice, because that comes later. When you talk to your community, when you talk to the people that you trust, but there's one subtle and sometimes not so subtle difference You're going to a mentor, a brother or sister, somebody that you trust, who knows what their day's been like.

Speaker 1:

The response you're going to get to them will be here comes that word again, will be weighted emotionally and it'll be weighted by emotions that they're feeling, that are generated or created by circumstances you not only don't understand but probably couldn't begin to imagine. Now, that's part of the human soup, right, and we work through and we contribute to each other. Soup, right, and we work through and we contribute to each other. But when we think about that in terms of AI and going to our AI portion of our community, that response is always much more consistent. Now, without the emotional element, it's arguably less valuable and I tend to argue that it is less valuable but as an impetus to an idea or as a place to go to access collective human wisdom, it's a very powerful tool and a very powerful part of your community.

Speaker 2:

And I think who we're speaking to. You know, as far as our people within our community and people that are interested in joining our community, a lot of people are afraid of using AI, but they know they need to right Because they don't want it to, you know, take away their voice or replace them, and so that's what we're, you know, I think talking about today is that it's not one. There's all parts of business. There's all still. There's a human part of business and there always will be. But some of the tools that we're teaching as far as you know, business and the personal side of business, but also how to integrate things like AI into your business are just going to make you have the opportunity to scale faster, have more access to information, save time things that we could never do before and when you employ that across an entire workforce within your company, the amount of effort that you've saved by using these AI tools it's just incredible, something that we could have never done before.

Speaker 1:

And I know that's a lot of. What drives us both is we just? We constantly reflect like, oh, if we just would have had this, you know, if we just would. And the point isn't. The point isn't to constantly be looking backwards. The point is saying, okay, so this is how we would have applied it. Let's go teach other people how they could do the same thing right now, depending on the situation that they're in, because it gets you to that goal faster. And that's what we're going to wrap up on.

Speaker 2:

Because it's hard. It's hard, it's not easy to run a business, serve your customers, take care of your employees while you're also taking care of your family and have all your personal commitments. And then, all of a sudden, I've got to also figure out this whole AI thing, because, one, some people say I should be afraid of it and not look at it at all. The other people say I should be afraid because it's going to take over everything and I'm going to be left behind. So again, we're stuck right. We're stuck in this pattern of how am I supposed to be able to figure out what's the right path for me, take care of all the other responsibilities, yet make a decision to move my life and my business forward, and that's what we're here for.

Speaker 1:

No, and I think the best way I don't know if AI is going to take everything over or not. I don't think it will I think one of the things that will keep it at bay and keep it a human utility is the democratization of it, that we all are engaged. When things are spread to the masses, they tend to be benevolent. When they're concentrated to a few, they tend to get benevolent very, very quickly. And that is a huge part of the emotional commitment that we have and why we're expressing that through TSG is is there an opportunity for this to be evil like any other tool ever or weapon in the history of humankind? Absolutely More so because it's more powerful. The offset to that, the peacekeeping exercise of this utility, of this incredible invention, is to keep it in everybody's hands, and that's a huge part of why we're doing what we're doing. We want this to be in your hands, and what better way to explore that than in pursuit of an entrepreneurial dream? Because what we're really talking about is we're talking about freedom.

Speaker 1:

I have a very deeply held belief that the only cause of happiness is freedom. People will argue that point. I've debated that point, but at the end of the day, the only cause for happiness is freedom. What is love without freedom? What is gratitude without freedom? What is family without freedom? So to mix those two things together, especially when you live in the United States of America, we have the right to pursue happiness and, in my mind, freedom. What better way to success as an entrepreneur? Find their way to happiness, find their way to freedom and do it faster now than we've ever been able to do it before. And it's that exciting. It's the excitement that comes with realizing we can do this faster and better than it's ever been done before that drives everything that we do here. I mean, can you imagine how quickly we could have scaled previous ventures having utility like this?

Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, is listening and kind of circling back to where we started. Whether you're starting a business or thinking about starting a business and afraid to, or maybe you've started a business or had a business for a long time and aren't sure where to go and where to get information about AI or how to incorporate it into your business. That's what we're doing here. We're working with people that maybe are just starting a business or thinking about starting a business or are in business and don't really know how to incorporate it. If you have listened to us talk today and you feel in alignment with us and who we are and the things that we talk about, then come join us. We have classes that you can sign up for today and get started and a community that's launching to be able to work with other people just like you that are also in business or starting a business and want to learn more about how to integrate AI into their life without losing your soul.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, Well and also to champion their dreams to make that goal happen. How many listening to this right now have a struggle in their life, that's something they're worried about, the thing they fell asleep to last night, the things that they reminded they reminded themselves of when they woke up today, that could be championed with a little bit of help from collective human wisdom. I mean how many? I have to assume it's probably everybody there's something out there, whether that's because you're starting out and you're afraid, because you have no experience being an entrepreneur You've been doing this for a long time and you see this technology seeking or seeping into your industry and you're not sure what to do about it. It's all the same. You're not alone. There's people out here that understand exactly what to do in those situations and exactly how to help you find the way so that your goals don't slip away, that the things you want in life are championed and that freedom ultimately becomes at your disposal.

Speaker 1:

The time, a life to do the things you want to do and the satisfaction of knowing that it's only happening to you because you built it and you built it from the beginning. It's such an incredible time to be alive, to be an American and to be an entrepreneur in pursuit of freedom. It's just like it's just every day. Gratitude overwhelms me Whenever I even think of the word. I get overwhelmed that we're alive right now and have this chance, have this opportunity to not only take advantage of this technology, but to set it in motion in the right direction for the future, for our six kids, for their kids. Who knows how many grandchildren we're going to have someday?
